Although the project had already reached the performance stage, we successfully implemented PromaCoin in a retroactive way. Five different databases, thousands of different Excel spreadsheets and Eniac are the foundation for the management and processes within this complex Design & Build project.

With a turn-key solution, Peletier made one central system: PromaCoin. This resulted in:

• Standardized, state-of-the-art 'drill-down' information supply
• Shifting and settlement of failures, risks and inconsistencies
• Systematic reduction of risks
• Reduction in staff costs
• More focused, direct, accessible functionality

All reports are standardized by implementation, and focus has now moved to registration of the complete management of risks and rewards. The ease with which staffs are able to do their jobs has increased considerably.
