An experienced Windows user will soon feel at ease with the program. Nevertheless, training may still be necessary, especially if PromaCoin will be widespread and used throughout the organisation. We can arrange this training for you. Of course, it is not necessary if we supply you with a turn-key solution.

Is it possible to test the implementation stage and its outcome on a smaller scale before I decide to use the program?

Yes. With a broad company structure it is even suggested because every organisation is different. Of course, it is not necessary if we supply you with a turn-key solution.

Why not everything in ERP?

ERP is concept based software primary developed to be used in production facilities to produce discrete products. This means ERP is less suitable for the management of projects, especially if they are used in flexible, heterogeneous surroundings with high labour costs. The remodelling of ERP is very complex and expensive: with PromaCoin it is simple and economical.
